Terms of Service

Agreement

By creating an account or using wwwebby.co.za, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

The service

wwwebby provides a multi-tenant commerce workspace: account and onboarding, provisioned Medusa storefront infrastructure, an AI agent for store management, embedded CMS and analytics, and related dashboard features. Features may change as the product evolves.

Your account

• Provide accurate signup information (email, store name)
• Keep credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account
• Do not attempt to access other tenants’ data or disrupt the platform

Merchant content and stores

You retain rights to content you upload to your store. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to operate the service (including storefront serving, CMS, analytics, and agent actions you trigger).

Acceptable use

You must not use wwwebby to:

• Break the law, including POPIA and consumer protection rules
• Sell prohibited goods or infringe third-party rights
• Probe, overload, or abuse platform infrastructure
• Reverse engineer the service except where law forbids that restriction

AI agent

Agent actions are executed against your connected store when you request them. Review important changes. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect; you remain responsible for your catalogue, pricing, and customer communications.

Fees

Early-access plans may be free. Paid plans, if offered, will be described on the Pricing page or in an order form before charge.

Availability

We target a reliable multi-tenant service on AWS and Cloudflare but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Provisioning paths may fall back to shared capacity when dedicated resources are unavailable.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the platform.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, wwwebby is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim (or ZAR 1,000 if none).
